Ragazzi, che Boom! 8 giorni fatti di grandi insegnamenti, di condivisione, di grande musica e di incontri con personaggi unici e con tantissimi amici da ogni parte del mondo. Ogni giorno, quando uscivo dalla tenda e cominciavo a camminare per il festival, sapevo che sarebbe stato un viaggio incredibile, che avrei conosciuto, incontrato, parlato con tantissime persone, che avrei imparato cose nuove, che avrei ascoltato e ballato buona musica, che avrei celebrato la vita come si deve.  Il workshop di Biotransenergetica, poi, è stato un grande successo. La partecipazione è stata di oltre 200 persone, tutte ben disposte ad entrare in Transe, a muoversi seguendo la struttura della pratica, a lasciarsi andare completamente al suono del tamburo (grazie ai miei colleghi Fabio Freddi e Giorgia Fenocchio!) E’ stato davvero un processo di cura molto potente e catartico per tutti i partecipanti. Alla fine dell’incontro, durante il cerchio di condivisione, ci siamo presi per mano e ci siamo guardati negli occhi. Abbiamo capito di stare facendo parte di qualcosa molto più grande di noi e abbiamo creato un campo molto forte, vivo, positivo. Abbiamo gridato a squarciagola quando abbiamo ringraziato il fatto di essere vivi, di essere incarnati in questo corpo, qui, adesso, presenti e consapevoli di essere al servizio di noi stessi, del cerchio e del campo. E’ stato un momento meraviglioso, probabilmente uno dei più forti della mia vita. Grazie di cuore a tutti, grazie Valentina e Sara per aver permesso tutto questo, grazie Pier Luigi Lattuada per il sostegno, e grazie BOOM!

Oh what a Boom this was. 8 days of learning, sharing, practicing, dancing, healing, singing and feeling part of a huge community. Every day, when I went out of my tent and started to walk in the Festival, I knew it was going to be an incredible journey, that I was going to meet and talk with dozens of beautiful people, that I was going to learn new things, to listen and dance beautiful music,  to celebrate life in the right way! The Biotransenergetics workshop has been a great success. It counted the participation of more than 200 people, everyone happy and willing to get in the Transe, to move following the sound of the drum (thanks to my colleagues Fabio Freddi and Giorgia Fenocchio who helped me in the workshop!). It has been a healing process, very powerful and cathartic for every participants. At the end of the workshop we took each other by the hands and look into our eyes. We understood that we were part of something bigger than us and that we created a very strong, alive and positive field. We screamed out loud as we thanked the fact to be alive, embodied in this body here and now, conscious and present to be in service for ourselves, for the circle and for the field. It has been a wonderful moment, maybe one of the strongest of my life.
